Had a great experience working with Lisa to get right system quoted out, she was patient and helpful with my many questions. Installation by Jim and Rory was superb, showed up on time, knocked it out, looks great. All round a smooth process.

I found Westsun Solar via solarquotes.com.au ... they were the best value for money of the 3 quotes (sensible price for quality panels and inverter). Install day went great. Really professional crew who walked me though the process and it looks great. Started 7am and were done by ~2pm. Would recommend them to anyone. If I had to pick flaws the quoting documentation was a bit slap-dash and the handover after install could have been more informative (partly my fault as I left close to the end). The app on my phone works well and I love seeing the energy being captured. The WiFi connection dips out every now and then, but the machine catches the records up when it reconnects. Westsun quoted and arranged for another great crew to come and install a heat pump up to replace the gas system the same day - that was installed in 2-3 hours.

WestSun installed a 15kWh battery for me, as well as upgrading my inverter and installing some new panels as well.
I was very happy with the result. Installation is neat and tidy and their staff (Elias for Sales, Jesse for install) were helpful throughout. They even tolerated my various geeky queries about the tech! -
Westsun Solar provided the most-competitive quote, were the most-helpful company in providing us advice and reassurance and then installed an amazing product. We went with a Fronius inverter with Jinko panels and are most happy with the whole process. Lisa was a delight to deal with at the office, Leanne was fantastic with the meter conversion and install planning and Nick and his team were super efficient and heaps tidy with the install. I would highly recommend Westsun Solar to any prospective solar buyer. They did an amazing job!
