Marleys Transport
Marleys Transport cater for bulk agricultural commodities. Marleys Transport haul grain, fertilizer, gypsum and lime whilst having the capacity to cart livestock and pelletised feed for breeders and broilers throughout Southern Western Australia. Marleys Transport operate specialised equipment that has been designed to maximise safety and efficiency.
Marleys Transport customers range from a number of corporate entities such as CBH Group, George Weston Foods, AWB, Viterra, Westpork, Milne Agrigroup and Wheatbelt farmers to a number of small rural businesses.
The Marleys Transport fleet is all company owned which allows for maximum flexibility in allocating vehicles to particular tasks. This has given Marleys Transport the ability to standardise maintenance as well as allowing them to implement a number of quality control systems to both staff and equipment.
Marleys Transport approached Westsun Energy to design and install a 39.69kW solar system with 49.68kWh of battery storage. The system installed included Sunpower Panels, Fronius Inverters and BYD Battery Storage.
Through the appropriate and accurate modelling provided by Westsun Energy, Marleys Transport can continue to operate whilst saving on their future power bills.
